I thought I would share a little bit about myself with you.
My name is Lecia Joy and I'm a recent BFA recipient. I started this site to showcase my most current work. I work primarily in clay, and almost exclusively in sculptural, rather than functional pieces. I do enjoy digital art and other medias, but focus on ceramics.
To brag on myself a bit, I recently received an honorable mention prize in the Mosaic Globe Creativity Competition 2008.01 in the Decorative and/or Functional Art Category!!! Thank you so much!

Hi! Thank you for visiting my site! Site Update 5/26/08 I added my artist statement, so I combined the 2-d works with the digital works. Please check out my statement - it's a work in progress, but I think it may help the viewers.
